The conference languages are French and English:  proposals should be in the language of the presentation

Individual proposals for papers (20 min + 10 min Q&A) or posters should include:

1. Registration in one of the 3 proposed strands

2. Authors' institutional affiliations

3. The title of the paper or poster

4. An abstract of 3,000 characters including spaces (excluding references) in French or English

The proposal for a one-hour presentation/demonstration of a tool should include:

1.  Registration in one of the 3 proposed strands

2. Authors' institutional affiliations

3. The title of the session

4. An abstract of 3,000 characters including spaces (excluding bibliography), presenting a scientific recontextualization of the tool in French or English.

The 3-hour symposium proposal should include :

1. Registration in one of the 3 proposed strands

2. Authors' institutional affiliations

3. General title of the symposium

4. A detailed description of 5,000 characters including spaces (excluding references) in French or English. In particular, it should specify the format and the names of the people involved.
